WINFAB Performance Warranty:
- Workmanship Warranty
- Winfab warrants all labour and workmanship carried out by our team for a period of [12months / 10,000 km] (whichever comes first) from the date of completion.
- During this period, if a fault is found with our workmanship, we will repair or correct the issue at no additional cost.
2. Parts Warranty
- Parts supplied by Winfab are covered only by the original manufacturer’s warranty (if any).
- Winfab does not provide any additional warranty on parts supplied by us or by the customer.
- Exclusions
- This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear of vehicle components.
- Failures caused by neglect, abuse, improper maintenance, or continued use after a fault develops.
- Issues caused by parts not supplied by Winfab.
- Any damage resulting from racing, track use, competition, or off-road driving.
- Consequential loss (including towing, hire cars, loss of income, or personal injury).
- Limitations
- Performance modifications may void the manufacturer’s warranty on your vehicle.
- Modifications may increase stress on factory components and reduce their lifespan. Winfab is not responsible for failures of parts not directly worked on by us.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their modified vehicle complies with local road laws and insurance requirements.
- Claim Procedure
- Warranty claims must be lodged in writing within the warranty period.
- The vehicle must be returned to Winfab’s premises for inspection and any required repairs.
- No reimbursement will be made for work carried out by third parties unless pre-approved in writing by Winfab.
- Liability
- Winfab’s liability is strictly limited to repair or replacement of workmanship proven to be defective.
- No other warranties, express or implied, are given.
